[accordion] [acc_item title=What is Hyperpigmentation?]

Hyperpigmentation is the excess darkening of skin beyond its normal colour. It occurs as dark patches, dark spots, freckles, dark circles, acne marks, permanent tanning, melasma, chloasma, etc. Hyperpigmentation is often associated with open pores, acne, and rough patchy skin texture. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=Why does hyperpigmentation occur?]

There are many factors that can start hyperpigmentation. The common ones include: sun exposure, abrasive treatments on skin, ageing, hormonal changes, pregnancy or menopause, injuries, inflammation, dust & polluted environments, alcohol consumption, smoking, etc. These factors damage the skin, making special pigment producing cells in the skin called “Melanocytes” to become over-active. This over-activity usually becomes permanent leading hyper-pigmentation. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=I have vidited so many dermatologists for my dark skin problem but it did not help much. Could there really be a treatment for hyperpigmentation? ]

A dermatologist should always be your first point of contact for skin problems including diseases and disabilities. However, hyperpigmentation in itself is NOT a skin disease! It is not contagious, and does not negatively affect one’s health. Hyperpigmentation might be an indicator of an underlying medical condition possibly outside the scope of dermatology, but in itself, Hyperpigmentation is a COSMETIC skin problem. It may result from either or both the excess production of Melanin at the cellular level as well as an increase in the number of melanin producing cells called Melanocytes. Therefore, doctors in the field of cosmetology and cell biology are among the most appropriate professionals to approach for hyperpigmentation. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=How does Achromin® Skin Whitening System Treat Hyperpigmentation?]

At the root cause hyperpigmentation may result from either or both the excess production of Melanin at the cellular level as well as an increase in the number of melanin producing cells called Melanocytes. Skin Whitening products Achromin® treat hyperpigmentation at the root cause by reducing such over activity rather than by just inhibiting melanin synthesis. By normalizing the melanocytes, Achromin® also treats the surrounding cells thus reducing lines, wrinkles, open pores and making skin smooth, firm and clear. The result is clean healthy and beautiful young skin.[/acc_item] [acc_item title=Some companies sell products which supress melanin formation. How are Achromin products different?]

The mainstream approach to hyperpigmentation of ‘inhibiting’, ‘suppressing’ or ‘reducing’ melanin formation in the skin does not solve the root of the problem and may actually cause more pigmentation. The root cause of hyperpigmentation is the over-activity of Melanocytes. Skin Whitening Line Achromin® treats hyper-pigmentation not just by regulating Melanin formation but by actually normalizing the over-active cells. Achromin® tackles the problem at the root cause thus restoring skin to its young healthy self. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=I don't use any cosmetics or make-up on my face, then why did I get hyperpigmentation?]

Hormonal changes during puberty, post-pregnancy, during menopause or through use of contraceptive pills may cause pigmentation. Sometimes, hyperpigmentation is genetically inherited from family members. Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can also lead to the problem. Often, hyperpigmentation is caused by an underlying medical condition such as in those people prone to diabetes, hormonal problems, infections, etc. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=I have always used home remedies; I don't know what went wrong?]

Fruits, pulses, milk, vegetables, etc., all have chemicals and enzymes in them and any one of them may cause hyper-pigmentation. Therefore, it is not necessary that home remedies are harmless, in fact they can sometimes be very harmful. It is always better to consult a cosmetologist or dermatologist for skin care regimens. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=I have only used expensive cosmetics and make-up, then why did I get pigmentation?]

Although some cosmetics are known to cause hyperpigmentation, cosmetics may not be the cause in everyone with the problem. Other factors such as sun exposure, hormonal changes, mistreatment of skin through abrasive treatments that cause inflammation, etc can also cause hyperpigmentation. [/acc_item] [acc_item title=Are Achromin® Skin Whitening products easy to use at home?]

Yes, they are! Achromin® offer effective, but yet very simple to use products. We believe that anything that adversely affects one’s life is not a worth it. With Skin Whitening Line Achromin® people go about their daily lives with ease, be it in the sun, at home or office.[/acc_item] [acc_item title=I have tried some Achromin® products. It really is very effective, but will I have to use it always?]

Results obtained from Achromin® Skin Whitening Line are long lasting and the treatment does not always have to be repeated. After getting the results of the Achromin® skin whitening program, most people maintain that healthy skin by using Achromin® cream rather than the usual moisturizers. This is because apart from moisturizing the skin whitenig Achromin® cream prevents infections, protects against dust and pollution, restores and maintains the skin’s normal pH known as the “acid mantle” and overtime Achromin® even improves the results of the whole skin whitening treatment program. It keeps skin healthy, firm and young while preventing skin deteriorations that come naturally with age and stress of daily life.[/acc_item] [acc_item title=Can I go out in the sun while using Achromin® products?]

Yes! While you are using Achromin® Skin Whitening Line, it will treat hyperpigmentation irrespective of whether you are in the sun or not. Any treatment that negatively affects your daily life is not worth it. Still we recommend using other product, which is dedicated to UV protection and possesses a really strong protective shield around the skin which blocks UV rays as well as dust and pollution.[/acc_item] [acc_item title=Do men need a separate treatment of hyperpigmented areas? ]

No. Hyperpigmentation in both men and women occurs in the same manner and thus the treatment is common- Achromin®. [/acc_item] [/accordion]

I do recommend Achromin to those who have problems with pigment spots! Good luck and mood to you all! Pros: gently brightens, cleans post-acne spots I used Achromin on problem areas morning and evening during 1 week and they totally disappeared! Once I saw a positive result from the use of this cream cream, I advised my best friend, who has a lot of freckles on her face and after usage of Achromin, they disappeared as well! Her skin became clean and even.
